Let Pumpkin Season Begin!

Happy Tuesday! I meant to post yesterday but something went wrong with a Windows update and I had to wait for the Mr. to fix it for me! I am not super computer savvy ;)

I tried out Pumpkin Pie ONO yesterday and they were good! I wanted to share with all the pumpkin lovers...after all tomorrow is the first official day of Fall!!! That means it's officially pumpkin season! I know some of you are rolling your eyes right now, but I'm a pumpkin everything fan!

Pumpkin Pie ONO

Ingredients (serves 2)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp chopped pecans, plus 2 for topping(optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except for 2 whole pecans, into a medium size jar or seal-able container. Shake vigorously until well mixed. Refrigerate overnight. Top with additional pecans before serving. This is great cold or room temperature, but may be heated to your liking.
